A near mint deluxe though could easily fetch another +200$. It sounds like that fellow has a nicely cared for example of the 124 and for a basic Sport that would be about the going price at $350. Knowing all of that, my basic rule of thumb for these guns is to subtract 50-100$ at least from what a person is asking since I know I'll have to order parts and do work to the gun. The stock gun is extremely easy to cock and is still shooting around 750 with Crosman Pointed pellets. The difference in power is big and these guns seem to take well to a tune. I have one stock FWB 124 and the other has Maccari's kit. Its a great kit and adds about 100 fps over stock velocities, as well as being a nicer, more linear recoil. Just a seal will run you around $35 and a Maccari spring kit with guide and seal gets you closer to $100. Like Rob said, it will need a new piston see at a minimum and perhaps a new spring or breech seal. Both shoot just as well and my non-deluxe San Rafael model just edges out my older San Anselmo dexluxe by a hair. The deluxe is basically a regular Sport that's had comsetic things added to it. The stock has checkering at the grip, a grip cap with white spacer, a buttpad, and lastly a set of built-in sling swivels. The deluxe model is the same as the regular 124 Sport, but has a nicer stock. This can add $50-100 in value to the gun in general. One factor in what a Feinwerkbau 124 is worth is whether or not it is the deluxe model.
